libjiu-java software package provides library to load, analyze, process and save pixel images, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjiu-java
libjiu-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjiu-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjiu-java *
You will get with libjiu-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
